Inquiry (采购产品): anodizing Good afternoon, We are a manufacturer of heat transfer devices. We are trying to find a RoHS compliant coating for a folded fin product. The coating must withstand 30 days of salt fog testing without corrosion. Our standard plater’s RoHS compliant chromate only withstands 10-15 days of salt fog testing. Our two choices are for an additional coating to put over it or to anodize the folded fin. We would like to anodize but we understand that anodizing the folded fin it tends to drag out solution which will then attack the coating.
