Inquiry (采购产品): special fabric inquiry / industrial use / 07June2006 TO – Fabric Development / Sales Department / product inquiry; Our firm operates heavy mineral crushing equipment in the East and MidWest. One part of these units Is giving us problems. It is the flexible rubber membrane (called an oil diaphragm) which covers parts of the exposed toggle gear case of the jaw crusher. The present materials used,, basically reinforced neoprene based products, have problems with cracks and cuts developing after a short period of time. This enables lubricating oil to seep from or leak from the crusher oil system and contaminates our products. Would you have a special tear resistant , reinforced, oil tight membrane or fabric that would be an improvement to what we have now? We typically only need a few square feet of them at a time, the raw stock is purchased by us and cut/trimmed to shape when the machine is down for repairs or service. Size is approximately 36x48" Sheets of fabric reinforced neoprene rubber we buy from vendors like McMaster Carr or Grainger in this area. We would appreciate your help in this. Samuel H.
