Inquiry (采购产品): Gage Coating Hi, We are currently developing a set of gages to quickly and accurately measure some of our product's dimensions. These products must also meet minimum surface finish requirements, however, and we are concerned that our gages might be scratching our products. To date, we have seen small amounts of scratching on the products after these gages have been used. I was hoping your company might be able to offer some advice/services in helping us design our gages. Do you think a Teflon coating might help reduce the scratching incidences? The gages are made out of a stainless steel (some 316 and some 420). If so, how precise can you coat the gages? We wouldn't want to affect the gage's measurements with any coatings. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
