Inquiry (采购产品): Biolers Good evening I am looking for two sets of boilers for our bioreactor. a) Utility Steam: 67 #/h @ 60 psig b) Clean Steam: 20 #/h @ 30 psig If I decide to use same boiler to provide both utility and clean steam 30 KW will serve the purpose or else 20 KW will supply the 67#/h capacity. In that case I will have to go for 2 sets of boilers: electric to supply clean steam and oil/gas fired for utility steam. But I am not sure how the economics will workout for a single boiler vs two boilers electric vs. oil/gas fired. Apart from above I have following queries to make: - I need utility steam outlet @ 3/4" FNPT and return condensate in 1" T/C. - Clean steam outlet in 3/4 " T/C - Does the system come with a water softening unit or does it need to be installed separately. - How flexible is the system for distributing the steam if I decide to use a single boiler. - Is the piping supplied along with the system or does it need to be purchased separately. If so do you supply the necessary pipings. - The quote for both units along with shipping to Stillwater, Oklahoma - is it necessary to install a pressurized feed water tank to ensure constand supply of feed water. I appreciate your help in advising me a feasible option.
