Inquiry (采购产品): Doorguard 100 system We are a business voice and data services company. One of our clients is a tenant in a building in which they use a Doorguard 100 system. We would like to understand how their phone system interfaces with the doorguard system so that their new system can deliver the same services that they are accustomed to. From the limited information that we were able to glean from the property management company, a 4 digit code entered into the doorguard system dials a specific customer phone number. The customer may then press a dialpad digit to signal the doorguard system to temporarily open the door. We would like to confirm whether the doorguard system answers to a DTMF signal (touch tone) from the customers phone.
