Inquiry (采购产品): Rod We are looking for a company to take a steel blank (.203 1018 steel) that we supply and produce a .275 "ball" at one end through cold heading. At this point we will then need a second process of broaching to manufacture the flats on it as well. If you can do both processes or if you handle just the cold heading process please let me know. I have a spec sheet to better answer any questions that you may have. We are looking at a small time frame to get this project started and the first initial shipment completed. The first quantity will be around 40,000 pieces. We are currently unsure of the quantity for future shipments at this point.
