No Description Qty 1 Fully automatic water Deionizer (Demineralizer) unit Capacity = 15,000 – 20,000 L/hr (Std size unit in this range will be preferred) 01 Nos, Specification sheet for Demineralizer (Deionization) 1- In take water analysis. Cation concentration (?g/mL) Anion Concentration (?g/mL) Na+ 11 Cl 13 Ca2+ 27 SO2 4 18 Mg2+ 12.7 HCO13 342 Fe3+ 0.06 SiO2 32.5 2- Specifications of Deionizer (i) Output capacity of treated water:: 15,000 to 20,000 liter per hour (standard unit size in this range will be proffered). It may be mentioned that the intake water of de-ionizer will be from an underground tank (20 ‘ x 15 ‘ x 10 ‘ deep) located at 10 feet distance from de-ionizer room. (ii) Configuration of de-ionizer unit: Sand / carbon water filters + Layered Bed (consisting of a cation exchange column and an anion exchange column followed by mixed bed polisher. (iii) Conductivity of treated water required: - 1 ?S/cm (iv) Reagents to be used for regeneration: Hydrochloric acid and caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) (v) Mode of operation of de-ionizer: Counter-current (vi) It is requested that quotation should include all auxiliary tanks required for the plant operation. (vii) The potential bidder should also include the cost of necessary spares required for NEXT 03 years. (viii) Warrantee period of 03 years is required for ion exchangers and 01 year for de-ionizer plant. (ix) The supplier will be responsible for installation, commissioning of the plant and ensure the treated water quality. The cost of installation plus commissioning may be mentioned separately in the quotation. Prices should be quoted in Pound Sterling / EURO / US $ (F.O.B. price) by fax or E-mail and send the original by post. Please consider the following for the quotation; 1. Showing ex-works handling packing and inland freight charges plus estimated air/sea freight charges (payable at actual) separately. 2. Quotation should be valid for 10 days. 3. Quotation may be submitted at the earliest possible but not later than 04h May 2006 Payment Terms: Our client would prefer to make payment through Letter of Credit or against documents after delivery. Their company rules allow advance payment only against Bank Guarantee Equivalent to 100 % value and issued by a first class bank of international standing. Original copy along with detailed literature should follow the electronic transmission (fax/ e-mail) Kindly add minimum 16 % discount / commission (for M/s.
