Inquiry (采购产品): REQUEST FOR PROD INFO AND QUOTE In an internet search of suppliers of reticulated foam products, we have identified your company as a potential supplier of a product we need. We currently have a single source vendor and are dissatisfied with that vendor. Our product requirements are as follows: 10 ppi (pours per inch) polyester reticulated foam 3/4" by 3/4" by 160" heat bonded splices are acceptable (any number allowed per piece) any color allowed typical order quantities 3000 ft to 4000 ft total per month delivery cycle desired 3 to 6 weeks We are currently purchasing this material with each 160" piece in a sealed plastic bag (picture attached). We would prefer to continue to receive the material in this manner, but if you can only supply the material in some other manner, please do not hesitate to quote with your proposed manner of packaging. It is also acceptable to pull vacuum on the bags to minimize their space requirements, as long as the foam would rebound to near its original dimension upon opening. We are currently using (the three pictures included here are also attached in case they do not show up in the email) : We would also consider 15 ppi material if that would help with availability, but 10 ppi is preferred. Please provide the following: Your ability to produce what we need Price per package when we order at least 3000 ft total per order How you would ship the bags to us (for example: xxx bags in a 4' by 4' by 4' box on a pallet) Delivery cycle we can expect. Please provide some indication if we will be able to always count on that delivery cycle or if your cycles vary widely based on the time or year or other factors (like operating near capacity). If your cycles can vary significantly, please provide a range that you normally operate within. A sample or samples of your product. It need not be made into the dimensions we would be ordering, but should allow us to see what your product looks like including at least one seam. If you are unable to meet the 160' requirement, please provide a quote for the length you are able to provide.
