Inquiry (采购产品): hipper/Shredder We are in the process of setting up a small scale commercial compost production facility. If this is successful, we will expand the operation substantially. It is our intent to use this compost for our own organic farming operations and also for sale in bags and by the truck load to the general publicWe require a trailer mounted chipper/shredder that can be towed behind our 3 ton truck. Material will be processed by the chipper shredder and blown into the box of the truck. The raw material must be reduced to a small size to make the composting operation faster and more efficient.The type of material that we are looking to process would be something like this:- Long, course grasses (pampas, elephant grass)- Green - 30% / Dry - 20%- Branches and small trees (up to 5 inches) - Green - 10% / Dry - 5%- Palm fronds - Green - 5% / Dry - 5%- Farm waste (corn stalks, other plants) - Green- 5% / Dry - 10%- Miscellaneous organic material (coconut shells, fruit pits) - 10%The machine should be diesel powered and about 20 HP. The trailer wheels should be 15 or 16 inch in size. Construction must be substantial to support a full time, commercial operation.
