Inquiry (采购产品): Retractable tarp I am looking for a heavy-duty retractable tarp that can be employed as a deflector behind a large circular diamond saw that we use in fabricating finished limestone. Although we have many large diamond saws in our mill the saw I would like to try-out this concept on is a 64” diameter saw that is driven by a 75hp electric motor. The saw is used as a cross-cut device to size pieces up to 24 inches thick. The action travel distance on the saw is around 11 feet. The sawing process uses a lot of water (1” inch line feed at 60 PSI) that is sprayed onto the saw blade and then thrown to the back-side of the sawing complex. The “slurry” (water and limestone fines) mixture created at the saw is propelled by the saw-blade and is difficult to control or contain. The width of the deflector guard (tarp) would need to be about 4 feet. The trap would need to pay-out as the saw advanced forward and retract or roll-up as the saw returned. Hope you can help me.
