No 1. Specifications / features * Lab type analyzer usable for all Ferrous & Non Ferrous metal * Based on OES technique & Capable of determining percentage of light elements like B, C, N, P & S with low / high concentrations. * Flexible towards sample size so as to accommodate small samples of wires and thin sheets also. * Optical range preferable 130-850 mm or better * Spectrometer to be fitted with CCD or CID detectors. * Purged Spectrometer will be preferred over vacuum. * Suytem with Echelle optics will be preferred. * Equipment to be based on latest technology Model/version not to be older than 2-3 years. * Equipment with latest P-IV computer and color printer. * Analysis software to be with selectable analysis modules as well as flexible enough to enable us develop our own alalysis program for any desired material. * Calibration programs and standards with certificates for applicable scope of work especially Fe, Al, Cu and Ni based alloys to be included. * Power supply 230 V, 50 Hz * Any other optional features / accessories like additional are source, to be mentioned . 2. Spare parts / Accessories. The quotation should include all accessories / consumable and non consumable spares, with complete list, for at least five years operation. non consumable spares may include detectors, PCB cards and other mechanical, electrical / electronic parts. 3. Installation and Commissioning. Service Engineer of the original manufacturer ot install & Commission the equipment 4. Instruction manuals. Two sets of operation manual, circuit diagrams & Maintenance manual (hard copies) in English language to be provided. Acceptable Origin: Western Europe / Japan only. Kindly quote your best prices based on FOB/C&F upto Dubai (UAE) basis. Also clearly indicate :- - Validity of your prices. - Minimum delivery period. - Country of origin. - Payment terms.
