Inquiry (采购产品): Custom Retractable Reel Our company is looking for a custom retractable reel with the following specifications: 1) 1.5" Diameter Heavy Duty reel (prefer a metal back and plastic front but all metal is fine too) 2) Must have enough pull strength to easily support a 5 ounce (140g) object 3) Metal Back with rotating slip/belt clip (see images 1 and 2) 4) Beveled Front so a dome label can be added (plastic is preferred but metal is ok. See image 3) 5) Carabiner Clip on top (see image 4) 6) Push-Lock tip (see image 5 and 6) (Other locking mechanisms may be considered as long as they lock securely and can easily be locked and released with one hand) 7) 30" to 35" braided wire cable (see image 5) 8) IF POSSIBLE... can you add a locking mechanism that allows the pull string to remain extended until tugged again, then it retracts into place. This feature would be a nice to have if you can do it but it is not mandatory. 9) The final product should resemble image 7 and should have a split ring on the tip (3/4" diameter) Your company may already manufacture a reel with many of these requirements already. If so, please provide us with a quote on costs to modify that existing reel. Quantity will be at least 5,000-7,000 units every 30 days. Please provide cost per 5,000 units as well as delivery times and charges. We are interested in designing additional style in the near future that include battery operated LEDs for cosmetic effects. We are very much interested in making a line of fashionable reels and need to establish a long term relationship with a manufacturer that can meet our needs and delivery times.
