Inquiry (采购产品): Threaded bolts machinery Our customer is in the phase of establishing a complete factory for the manufacture of threaded bolts in accordance with the following specs1.The plant shall be established from grass root.2. The plant shall operate on shift bases i.e. two shifts per day each shall be 8 hours and 7 effective operating hours.3. The plant shall operate 25 days per month.4. The capacity on daily bases is 120 tons per day of bolts to be made off normal steel i.e. steel 37.5. The bolt diameters shall be ranging from 12 mm to 16 mm.6. The bolts shall be threaded.7. The plant shall also be equipped with galvanizing equipment.8. The plant shall also be supplied with quality control apparatuses and laboratory.then you are kindly requested to reply to us your quotation for supply of the machines for establishing the plant in accordance with the above mentioned specs .also you are kindly requested to quote for the delivery of wire drawing machine as well to be established in the same premises of bolt manufacturing plant, in this concern your reply shall be as follows:1. Supply the process flow sheet of the quoted equipment showing the mass flow of the suggested machines.2. The fully detailed specifications of the machines.3. The full dimensions of the machines to adopt it to the existing plant area of 1000 square meters. Or alternatively you submit the arrangement drawing of machines.4. Your quotation shall be complete from all aspects and the machines shall be of the first class workmanship.5. The quotation shall also include the arrangement for erection of the equipment and carrying out of the performance guarantees and training of our operating staff.6. please reply here.7.
