Granite or Marble Base Quote Request Inquiry (采购产品): Granite or Marble Base Quote Request Good evening, I discovered your company via the Thomas Register. I have a request for a sculpture base. Do you have or can you make a black granite or marble solid right cylinder, 12 inches diameter by 22 inches tall, the top and bottom faces with just a honed finish, and the cylinder walls (vertical) a polished finish (the top and bottom faces will be covered with bronze plates - they don't need to be polished)? The more black without grain or veins the better. I've heard some Asian granites called Jet or Impala are suitable, but whatever you can get, I don't care about the source. Additionally there should be a hole, centered and drilled in the top face 6 inches diameter by 7 inches deep. This will be for the sculpture mounting hardware. Do you have something close to the my dimensions that would work (or can order), with minimal or no re-working to minimize cost? I've seen some pre-fabricated stone columns that have classical Greek fluting - though beautiful, the best contour for my piece will be an untextured or sculpted surface, just a flat cylinder wall, polished or at least a satin surface.
