Inquiry (采购产品): RFQ Dear Sirs: I am writing to request a quotation for color chromate plating relatively large quantities of small metal parts. The colors we are looking for are red, green and blue. My company uses beads measuring approximately .156” OD by .118” long, with a hole in the center (ID .083”). The beads are fabricated from machined brass—will the color chromate plating produced by your organization (or any other coloring technology that you have available) be compatible with this material? If this is impossible, we could conceivably switch to zinc rather than brass, but we very much prefer to color these beads while staying with the brass material that is currently used. I would be most appreciative if you could send me a budgetary quotation for coloring quantity one million to ten million brass beads, as well as the associated lead time for an order of this type. If possible, please also send me any samples that you have made with this plating, for the approval of our QC department.
