Inquiry (采购产品): Packaging Questions This email has been written from a GCSE student enquiring about how you mass produce packaging that houses computer products, here is the design brief. It is designed to be easy to make, and to qualify for all the best protection against static electricity and damage. The product it will be housing is a standard network card and it is reasonably small. The packaging is going to be an anti-static bag around the component which is surrounded by polystyrene. The polystyrene will boost protection against physical damage whilst the anti-static bag will protect against static electricity which is known to be deadly to computer components. The other thing that is an issue is condensation, when it is cold condensation can build up on the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and short the circuits which is also a problem, this is certainly an issue but generally the customer should know not to put it anywhere cold in the first place. The labels on the packaging will not be incredibly flashy but will not be particularly easy either. It will consist of a few warnings and specifications. **** Hidden Message ***** Daniel Hodge wd247fq GBR Company: Westfield School E-mail: dan@sinister-studios.com **** Hidden Message ***** dan@sinister-studios.com
