Inquiry (采购产品): Wage Data My name is Todd Chilcoat and I am the Human Resources field representative for Entergy Arkansas. We are the electric utility serving major portions of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. One of our locations in Little Rock Arkansas has a testing lab that employs 5 full time employees responsible for the inspection and testing of high voltage rubber goods utilized by our line crews. We are evaluating payrates for these employees in preparation for our next labor contract negotiations with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union. I am attempting to collect wage data from independent firms such as Cotton Electric Services who perform similar testing on rubber goods. If at all possible, could you give me an idea of what hourly rates you have for employees that normally perform this work? If you have additional data regarding benefits or other total compensation, I would appreciate that data as well.
