My company is preparing to purchase equipment to manufacture vinyl decals, including a solvent ink jet printer. We have been informed that the raw prints need to be heated for an as yet undetermined amount of time (1-3 hours at around 150 F) in order for the solvents in the ink to sufficiently outgas.
