Inquiry (采购产品): hepa air filter replacement I called the 800 number for hepa to find another filter for my parents machine. they told me that hepa no longer made the one I needed ( the machine is a year old) and that HRF 11 doubled up would replace the one that I needed. the store, ace hardware I was told by them carried it....they do not. can I order these from you and what would be the $ for each one? thank you so much.
