Gas Meter Inquiry (采购产品): Gas Meter Our customer intends to update and automate its GM (Gas Meter) data collection, GM network maintenance and operation and billing.The proposed network includes GM, DC (Data Concentrator), and NCC (national control Center). GMs communicate with NCC via DC. Each DC serves a number of GMs, collect their data and relays to NCC. It also distributes data receive from NCC among GMs.All Operation, Management, Maintenance, etc. tasks are performed by NCC.GM shall communicate with DC over radio links operating at 868MHz ISM band. DCs and NCC are interconnected through Telephone Line and/or GSM (1800 and 900MHz) using both SMS and GPRS.GMs are mostly G4 type. They shall feature:1. LCD readout resisting direct exposure to equator sunlight.2. Buzzer.3. Watchdog.4. Temperature compensation according to EN12405.5. Radio communication with DC over 868Mhz ISM band, 10dbmTx power, and -112dbm receiver sensitivity. 6. Anti tampering.7. Sensors including:a. Temperatureb. Shockc. Tiltd. Magnetic Field Detectione. Case open 8. Self diagnostic includinga. Sensor testb. Battery checkc. Radio link test9. Battery life of over 10 years (no maintenance or recharging is allowed).10. RTC (Real Time Clock)11. Data and Alarm Logging for at least one month.12. Communication protocol according to EN13757 and EN60870 series.13. Local Port14. Firmware update and upgrade, data collection, reading logs, system test and diagnostic, maintenance, etc. shall be possible remotely over radio link and telephone line, or via local port.15. Possibility of roll back on firmware update or upgrade (previous firmware version should be kept and be enabled if the newer version performance is unsatisfactory)16. Data encryption according to AES-128HHU (Hand Held Units) shall be proposed for above GM. It shall communicate with GM over both Local Port and Radio Link, and shall support all operations listed in item 14 above.A total solution including GM, DC, and software for NCC is expected by the customer. The proposed solution may be developed through further mutual discussions and/or negotiations with the customer.
