Inquiry (采购产品): Chip Wringer Dear Sir, First of all I'm a Machinery Dealer that has been in the business for over 40 yrs. and I wish to sell one of your units if that is possible. We both know we are here to make money. Can I sell one of your Chip Wringers and is there either a net price to me or a Dealer Discount, or is there a Barrett Dealer in the Los Angeles, CA or perferrably an Orange Co. Dealer I have to go through ? I hope I can buy direct from you... Anyway, hope you can tell me what this customer of mine needs. This Co. has all Swiss Type CNC Turning Centers. 35 Tarnow Deco Turning Centers, 20 Citizen and Star Swiss Type Turning Centers. They only do Titaium and they generate approx. 100 lb. of real fine chips per shift. These Chips are no more than 1/8" in size and most are smaller. Titaium needs to be cleaned & preferrably really dry to receive the most out of its contents (money) wise. They have a unit now, I couldn't find a name on it, but it is about a 6 or 7 Gallon Capacity. It don't dry the chips too well. I believe there must be a better Wringer out there that will separate the Chips from the oil a lot better than they have now.. They also have a Powered Sump Pump they think they should replace. I'm not real sure about this Issue. Again, I couldn't find a Name on this unit. It is about 30" Sq. X 40" High. On a Cart they push around the plant and remove all the sludge and oils about once a week in all the machines. They can remove 45 Gallons of oil and sludge in (1) One machine in about 10 Min. This is not bad. This Pump has a Filter in it and it seems to be in real good condition. But their biggest problem is the existing Chip Wringer.
