We currently own and operate three different facilities; our major production facility is located in Bellows Falls, Vermont. We also own and operate an assembly plant that is located in Hermosillo, Mexico. In March of 2006 Whitney Blake acquired Adirondack Wire & Cable, a division of ASC Industries located in Monterey (Mexico). AWC is a manufacturer of cable and cable assemblies for telecom, voice and data communications.
