Squeeze Lok Tool Inquiry (采购产品): Squeeze Lok Tool This email is regarding the Squeeze Lok, portable hose assembly tool for installing Push-Lok and Bar-Lok style hose fittings into ?”, 5/16”, 3/8” and 1/2" inch inside hose diameters. History: I invited this tool in 1992 and marketed through Raufeisen Enterprises dba Heeren Company, a Parker Hannifin Distributor located in Rock Island, IL and compensated based on a Royalties Agreement with Todd Raufeisen who recently sold his business and defaulted in performing its obligations under the terms of the Royalty agreement, thereby terminating our agreement and sole ownership of Squeeze Lok Tool, market brochures, and tooling came back to me. John Deere, CAT, ALCOA, Case, BN Railroad and some hose fabricators was the customer base, I have limited sales history based on Heeren Company lack of marketing effort and record keeping, I would estimate there to be 2,000 units based on casting poured from mold in the local markets served by Heeren Company. Market brochure attached for your review: Market Price: The Squeeze Lok has a list price of $70.00- Quantity Distributor Discounts: 1 to 25 tools........................................30% = $49.00 26 to 99 tools......................................35% = $45.50 100 + tools..........................................40% = $42.00 Competition: The lack of competition is why I invited this product, complaints from maintenance pipe fitter at John Deere and BN Rail said they had difficulty putting the barb push-lok fitting into the hose and the Portable Barb-Lok tool sold by most hose manufactures as a catalog item from Lawson Products and Dixon is plastic easy to break, and cheap. The Bench mount barb-lok cutoff and assembly tool is a well-built device but is not portable and very expensive.
