Inquiry (采购产品): dusty concrete floor The basement floor did not cure properly (it's approx. 20 years old). I tried grinding the surface down to "solid" material. This is not feasible. I would like to seal the floor using your product Dress & Seal WB. Will this work on an EXTREMEly soft surface? If not, is there any suggestion? Not enough head room to pour over the existing floor.
