Resume

Inquiry (采购产品): Resume Hello. My name is Eugene Richards and I am currently employed in Union Grove, AL, but may be interested in employment elsewhere. I am also a part time student close to finishing up my Associates in Science Degree from Wallace State tech. Below is a very brief description of my daily duties. Please take the time to read this over or forward it to the appropriate people/human resources that are in charge of employment. I live north of Arab and have been at my current job since 1999. Please call or email me if you have any questions. Please call or email me for references. I have a great deal of experience in sheetmetal design and prototyping as well as high production. I am able to produce sheetmetal parts from assembly drawings, individual prints and am very familiar with reverse engineering. I design and fabricate sheetmetal components for the commercial industry such as heavy-duty field computer enclosures and all of their internal components and also for the automotive industry such as engine brackets, accessory brackets, frame replacement sections, and specialty brackets for customization of any type of vehicle. I design and fabricate/machine dies for press brakes/presses to mass produce unusually shaped sheetmetal parts that cannot be done with standard tooling. I am trained in the scientific and physical properties of sheet metal’s characteristics and have an extremely high first-time-go rating on all fabricated parts no matter how difficult to manufacture they may appear. I have developed several different formulas for calculating complex bend deductions and bend allowances for any type and thickness of material. These are basically trade secrets which are only acquired through countless hours of hands-on and trial and error cases. Sheetmetal design and fabrication is a science and I use trigonometric and geometric formulas daily to calculate and locate complex neutral lines in standard and exotic alloys. This enables me to find its weakness and manipulate it into a part that will meet the customer’s requirement. I am able to communicate with and program sheetmetal equipment to produce flat layouts of the part desired, whether through the use of extremely useful programming software or simply using G-codes to talk directly to the machines. I am currently the programmer and supervisor at a manufacturing facility just north of Arab, AL. I have extensive experience in supervision, training, maintenance, and production. I also have over ten years experience as a manual machinist and have some training in CNC machining/turning. I have been referred to as a ”One Man Army”, taking on difficult tasks from upper management and successfully using the resources and experience I currently have to not only complete the task, but go over and above what may be required to please the customer/ management. I am pursuing the same type of career in perhaps a more stable environment. I feel I can bring a lot of experience to the table and can be an asset to your company. Please consider me as an applicant. 1993-1996, Combat Engineer, U.S. Army 1996-2000, S2 Section, (intelligence), 1169th Engineer Group, Huntsville AL 1996-1998, Quality Control, C&C Fabrication Inc., Lacey’s Spring, AL 1998-1999, Sheet metal Technician, American Alloy Fabrication Inc., Huntsville, AL 1999-Current, Sheet Metal Programming/Supervisor, Patterson Machine Inc., Union Grove, AL Diploma, Way Home Christian School, Eva, AL Honorable Discharge, U.S. Army Certificate, Unit Armorers Course, U.S. Army Certificate, MOS 12B10 Training, (Combat Engineer), U.S. Army Certificate, Basic training, AS9100, Patterson Machine Inc., Union Grove, AL Certificate with Distinction, Machining/CNC, Wallace State Technical College, Hanceville, AL Diploma, CAD/CAM, AP100 CNC Turret Punch Programming, Amada America, Covington, GA Pursuing degree, Associate in Science, Wallace State Technical College, Hanceville, AL—estimated completion, Fall 2007 US ARMY --Successfully completed Basic training and OSUT at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. --Conducted operator and above maintenance on several different types of small arms while serving as the unit armorer. --Operated sophisticated alarm systems daily and maintained access logs for all arms room transactions and maintained 100% accountability for all weapons at all times. --Maintained a reputation for perfect documentation and scored very well on company, battalion, and brigade arms room inspections. --Was issued a secret clearance for the position of unit armorer. --Familiarized with PMCS and was issued a license to operate the M112A2, HUMV, 5 Ton and 2 ?
