Inquiry (采购产品): Coating Head We have a project that will require both Priming and Finish coating heads for a new line we are building. Whilst this enquiry is for one line we are planning to build 2 lines each year for 3 years starting next year. Basic specification are Maximum line speed is 20 Metres per Minute (66 Feet per Minute ??) Maximum width 1300 mm Gauge range .2mm to .6 mm Steel and Aluminium Primer head Vertical configuration, painting both face and reverse sides Both forward and reverse coating required 2 roll configutation only (Pickup and Applicator) Roller diametre 180 mm (7") both pickup and applicator Maximum painting width is 1300 mm (51") Pickup roller 150% of line Speed Applicator roller 250% of Line Speed Finish Head As above but Horizontal and must have twin head on face side. Preferred Twin head configuration is an over and under. Type of coatings we will be using are standard epoxy and Polyester Primers with SMP, Polyester, PVF2 type finish coatings. Whilst I have been somewhat specific I am very much open to sugesstions and different options.
