Inquiry (采购产品): Submersible pump I have a Kenco Model 69A sump pump that is not operating and trying to figure out why. First I can not get the manual over ride to operate and secondly if I by-pass the switch the the motor hums but won't spin. The rotor is free and clear and spins easily so I suspect that it is a capacitor start, capacitor run motor and the initial capacitor start circuit is either not being introduced at start up or the capacitor needs to be replaced. Inside the pecker head (the electrical junction box on the motor) the are three devices: the first has continuity through it but I don't know what it does, the second is a pressure switch to turn the motor on and off, the third device is about the size of an ice cube, its brown and has three leads attached to it. One of them is L1, or power in, another is black, and another is red. I suspect that this has something to do with the start up circuit but I have no way of being sure. If you could give me some guidance on this or direct me to someone who may know this information I would appreciate it. I live on Bedford Road in Woburn so I'm not very far at all.
