Inquiry (采购产品): Cut and Drill We have a 1” diameter 36” long Chromium-Copper (Alloy 182) rod. We would like a few operations done to the rod. First we would like the rod cut into a 24” section and a 12” section. Then with the 12” rod 1) We would like the 12” rod cut in half down the length leaving two ? round pieces 12” long. They would be 1” wide and ? inch high 2) The halves would have to mate with a nice machine finish. 3) We would like the two halves clamped together and a 3/8 whole drilled down the center to a depth of 11 inches. 4) We would like the open end to have a flair from ? to the 3/8 bore 5) We would like the bore to be polished. Then with the 24” rod: 6) We would like the 24” rod cut in half down the length leaving two ? round pieces 24” long. They would be 1” wide and ? inch high 7) The halves would have to mate with a nice machine finish. 8) We would like the two halves clamped together and a 3/8 whole drilled down the center to a depth of 23 inches. 9) We would like the open end to have a flair from ? to the 3/8 bore 10) We would like the bore to be polished.
