Flexible Wire and Cable Inquiry (采购产品): Flexible Wire and Cable Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is Dilip Patel. After working for 15 years for well known custom wire and cable manufacturer I have started my own Custom Wire and Cable Manufacturing Plant in Ontario, California. We are capable of producing custom wires and cable from 40 AWG to 8 AWG with P.V.C, P.E, Polypropylene, Polyurethane, Thermo plastic Rubber, FEP, PFA, Tefzel and Silicone Rubber. We have no minimum quantity required. We can make 100 ft multi conductor complex cable or 100 ft of hookup wire. We believe in 3 Q's. Quality -We use best of the materials from vendors like DuPont for our flouro polymer, Wacker for Silicone, Union Carbide for P.E, Noveon for P.U and our wires from AEB, Acell, Global wire and Phelps Dodge. All Our Lines are equipped with laser for close tolerance. All wire and cables tested on each operation for spark test, hi-pot and continuity. Quantity- Our price is very competitive that other custom wires and cable companies buy their primary wires to make cables for themselves. Our assembly house customer says only one thing. I am glad I found you. If you or your customer require any change to their commodity cables from Belden, Alpha, General Cable or any other manufacturer at very close to their price. Quick- Our normal lead time is two weeks for cables and one week or less for hookup wires compare to 6 to 8 weeks from most other manufacturer. We do not believe in expedite fee. We have 90 days term for Wire and Cable Manufacturer, Distributor and Assembly house. Please include us in your next RFQ for you wire and cable and see the difference in our 3 Q's.
