Inquiry (采购产品): Blenders The issue is as follows: I have development, well in fact my father did, an Industrial cleaner based on a methyl ester, here in Costa Rica the laws are too soft to protect the formula, so what I need is to you make a blend, because I'm not going to produce, I'm going to give the manufacturing of the product to a third person, I don’t want that we knows the formula, “Is my father’s legacy”. So I need you to make me a pre mix of the solvent with some surfactants and here I can tell him just add this and this; with that is enough for me to protect this product.
