Bond coating to be; METCO No. 45, Nickel Aluminide (or equivalent) applied to .006”-.008” thick. Top coat to be; ROKIDE “A” ceramic, (or equivalent). Applied to .012”-.015” thick. Application is on hearth plates that measure 4.00” x 5.75”. Surface total of each hearth plate to be 23 square inches. Total of 50 hearth plates. Hearth plate material is stainless steel alloy; RA601. RA601 is similar to Inconel 601. For composition of RA601, please see Rolled Alloys web site. Please call with any questions.
