We are looking to make a product whereby we will extrude a sheet of plastic composite made of polyethylene and rubber crumb about ?” to ?” thick and maybe 24” to 36” wide. We wish to run that sheet while hot through a set of rollers to imprint the front and back. Front would have a variegated or broomed effect while the back would have a crosshatched deep pattern. The finished pieces would vary from 6” wide to 10” wide and would be about 22” long. Can you assist us in what we should do? If not do you know someone who we can contact? Thank you.
