Inquiry (采购产品): electroplated gold We have 200 8" silicon wafers. A 20 μm thick photo resist defines a patterned surface on the wafers. We need a subcontractor for electroplating of at least 15 μm of gold. Since the photoresist is sensitive to cyanide solutions it need to be a cyanide free gold bath.
