Inquiry (采购产品): spunbond nonwoven material Our firm has developed a water-conserving technology that requires a considerable amount (millions of square meters on a monthly basis) of spunbond nonwoven material. We are looking for other firms that can provide spunbond nonwoven material similar to Mitsui Chemicals products. Currently we are testing a number of your competitors' sample materials, and now we would like to test your firm's commercially-available substrate materials. We will eventually require millions of meters of succesful substrate material.The following are target parameters of sample materials that we know to work, and may provide guidance in the selection of appropriate samples:Pore Size - under 20 Micron, we would be willing to try up to 40 micron.Gurley Hill approaching the 22 seconds TAPPI T460MVTR in the area of 1600 g/m^2/24 hrs TAPPI T523 Please send whatever materials come closest to the above specifications. Please send as many samples as you like. Sample size should be 22 by 28 centimeters, or larger. We would prefer six or seven sheets of each sample for our testing protocol.If you like, we will also trial samples that are not yet commercially available, as the volumes related to this project can make almost any trial materials "commercially viable".
