Inquiry (采购产品): Machine inquiry... Hi, I am Zehra, Project Manager from ?zler Plastik, Turkey. We are looking for a blow-molding or injection-molding machine that have below qualifications... The machine produces; 1. Balls between the diamaters of 10 mm and 150 mm ( The interval of the diamater can vary) 2.The material used will be ABS. 3.The production technology must be as that the produced balls will be hollow but don't have any hole on the surface... ( like pinpon balls) 4.The production type must be blow-molding or injction molding...but we are not sure with which tecnology it is better, may be you can advice the technology that can serve more qualified... 5.After the production may be needed a tool that cleaning the flash if the production technlogy is blow molding or ?f incection molding the two parted pieces produced are welded and after a tool can be used to smooth the outer surface... 6.The ball will be used in White House Appliancies and the ball will be used in the liquid so it musn't be any hole on the product such that there musn't be any leakage inside the ball... The ball will be as a ping pong ball as appearance... The diameter of the ball will be 50 mm, The material is ABS, The weight of the product is about 12 gr, Min. the production capacity per year must be 2.000.000 balls. Would you offer a production technology and the machines that will meet our needs...
