Inquiry (采购产品): ENQUIRY ON STEEL WIRE SLINGS Sir, I am packaging a technical tender to supply a multinational Oil + Gas company in Nigeria the following Oil tools/materials: 1)Slings made of steel wire rope with crossby fittings 2) Wire and chain Hoist 3)Chain block 4) Polypropylene ropes 5) Nylon ropes 6) Steel Wire Ropes 7) Shacles 8) Beam Clamp and Beam Trolley The client will specify sizes/specifications and quantities of each material when order is firmed up. Contract duration is 3 years from date of signing with 2 years extension. The condition attached by client before the contract is awarded is evidence of a formal technical Support agreement between my company and a foreign partner/distributor/manufacturer. this is to ensure that when call-off order is placed on us, material ordered will be supplied on time. My questions are: 1) Would you accept to be our supplier /foreign partner? 2) Can we draw up a formal agreement (Technical Support agreement) specifying you can supply to us above materials when order is palced on agreed price? We confirm ahead of time that in the event of agreement to work with us, payment for any material ordered will be paid for in advance by irrevocable letter of credit or wire transfer.
