FT IR SPECTROMETER Inquiry (采购产品): FT IR SPECTROMETER PL INFORM WHAT GASES CAN BE ANALYSED FROM THE BELOW MENTIONED GASES IN COAL GAS Requirement of gas analysis for measuring the major gas constituents and gas impurities from a high pressure high temperature coal fuel gas stream We are Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited from India. We manufacture coal based power generation systems. We are working on development of coal gasification based combined cycle technology (IGCC) in the 6.2 Mwe pilot plant and scaleup studies for 125 MW IGCC demonstration plant. We have to perform analytical measurements for quantifying the emission gases from coal gasifier , venturi scrubber, and turbine inlet and stack. The coal gasification process involves gasifying coal with steam and air in a fludized bed at 800 – 1100 deg.C and at pressures of 1 ata, 3 ata, 6 ata , 10 ata , 30 ata in different trial experiments. The coal fuel gas comprises of carbon monoxide, hydrogen, carbondioxide and small amounts of Methane. The impurities in gases like H2S, COS, chlorides, alkali, ammonia, formaldehyde, HCN, are removed in wet chemical scrubber and then fed into turbine. The turbine is corrosion sensitive to impurity gases and it has to be guaranteed for the exact composition and concentration status. We are interested in analyzing the purity of coal fuel gas composition and concentration , at various sampling locations from a high pressure high temperature fuel gas stream, as given below . We request you to let us know the specifications and details of your instrument analyzer , isokinetic sampling train and accessories to draw samples from high pressure , high temperature gas stream and analyse the gas stream.
