We have been trying to replace this part ever since your company returned the motor to us missing several major pieces. We contacted you and asked you to look for the missing parts. No response. Can you please send us the contact person you claimed you sent my part to for further evaluation. If we can find the parts you lost, we can have the shaft built up to install new seals.
