Inquiry (采购产品): Miniature ang. contact ball brgs. As retired P.T. & Brg. Sales Engineer, am now doing some aid research/design with a few different producers in this area. Needed is source of miniature "separable" angular contact ball bearing or even the "4-point" type. The bearing has become the essential portion of the uniquely designed addition to a used device , but with "wrinkles", so to speak. We have the unit "under cover" for protection of design. Others have no "inkling of imagination" that such an idea even exists. As mentioned, it must be separable or 4-point. We've tested with W.M. Berg #14B-1. Works well, but in being "non-separable", a "time problem" exists---plus, s.s. not needed; Dimensions---metric or inch sizes O.K.---size area of 2mm to 4mm I.D. x no more than 10mm O.D. & width dimension can vary; Cage material probably phenolic, but can vary; Contact angle in area of 15 to 35 degrees---that's to be decided from further testing; ABEC ratings, thrust load, speed, and temperature capacity are all unimportant.
