Inquiry (采购产品): Issue with Power Stocker PS-11 We received on March 29, 2006 an item we ordered from Rand Materials Handling & Packaging Supplies. Upon inspection of the shipment we noticed damage to the Power Stocker Lift unit. The damage was extensive enough to prevent us from using the device due to safety concerns. We immediately notified RANDMH (www.RANDHM.com) of the damage and they informed us that we can receive replacement parts to repair the unit. After various phone calls with no resolve and three weeks later, I was informed by as person from the company (called Mary), to email you in regards to obtaining these replacement parts. They informed me that an individual named Tracy Lide was in contact with Ballymore and that I would need to email the pictures of the damage parts in order to obtain replacements. This item was shipped via Roadway express via 3rd party. The customer order number on the Ballymore receipt shows 84023. There is also an order number on this slip listed as 0106401.
