glove box washer

Inquiry (采购产品): glove box washer We are interested in spray washers and are considering ADF as a vendor. Below are some of the issues we are dealing with in regards to our cleaning needs. Describe items to be cleaned: Threaded screws and nut assemblies about 3/4" dia. packed with grease, units are 9" long. Units have molding surfaces at end and must be dried to prevent oxidation and allow free disassembly later. Also, a 5 lead transroll threading assembly and mating part that is packed with grease. Same characteristics as above. Some assemblies have needle bearings that require cleaning and drying...some bearings will sit for 4-6 hours prior to being repacked with new grease. Rust inhibiting compounds should be used for this application. There will be newly machined parts that will require chip/oil removal. We need the capability to hand hold and manually direct spray for small/delicate components. Regulation of spray stream/dispersion and pressure would be very beneficial. In addition, we want to clean mold components and light (under 250 lb.)plates. The concern is, can these plates be loaded and rolled in and if so, is there ready access to the tray bottoms in case small parts fall through the tray onto the debris/liquid collection area? Production Volume: 6 assemblies per hour at present, it takes anywhere from 8-15 minutes per unit to clean. Some jobs have 96 assemblies to clean thus taking 12-15 hours to clean. Can you demonstrate a labor savings with the jet spray while doing the work in a safe, environmentally friendly manner? Will parts drain readily? No, due to threads and crevices in assemblies. Some components won't be dipped in Ultrasonic tank. They will be blown down with air and packed with new grease. Some will be wiped down and reassembled thus requiring a dry, non-oxidizing surface. Some components need to be reassembled and have the ability to be disassembled 2-3 months later without binding due to residual water. Some cores and cavities must be spot free so they will not mold blemishes or cosmetic defects on our product...can you provide a chemical cleanser/process that will provide a spot free finish? Additional comments: We need good lighting source to view cleaning operation with both hands free to work. We expect the viewing window to stay clear of mist so that we can see to spray parts.Large opening to readily load pieces and aid in removal. A question I have is: What is the noise level of this unit...do you have a decibel rating during operation? The operation must be environmentally friendly and include all MSDS information for plant safety and engineering officers. Also, what special attachments/options are available? What is the operating temperature range of heated units? Does this unit have a skimmer with filters and what is the maintenance plan for your units? How difficult is it to load and unload used fluid? Can the cabinet be hard piped for fluid drainage. The parts cleaned will be coated in grease and will require cleaning often, in other words, is the cabinet readily accessible to wipe down? What are the operating costs based on 3-4 hour usage 5 days a week, every week. Can you demonstrate the equipment that you are recommending? What are the shipping/installation costs? What is the equipment delivery lead time? Is there a training program included with purchase? What are the payment terms? What is the warranty period and terms? The tool room is going to the Eastec show in Springfield, Ma during May, will your company be there at a demo booth? Rack system parts containing grease in open ended threaded components. Bearings, L.P. bushings, cores, cavities, etc. Occasionally, steel plates of 24" X 24" X 3". Presently, components are hand-cleaned with Brulin and then blown off with shop air...sometimes dunked in an Ultrasonic cleaner. We have no Parts cleaner now, therefore the information on the parts cleaner below is empty. Please enclose a quote for your washer and any accesories you would recommend to meet our needs.
