This is the same generic tube type sometimes used to display candy, fishing products, cosmetic products, and medical products. It is generally considered to be something that is thrown away after the product is used up. The product to be sold is automotive. The quantities needed would, first, be your minimum order for prototypes; then, various quantities up to "your best price".
