Inquiry (采购产品): Heat exchanger model M10B-FM-105 To whom it may concern, Current condition we are operating in: I am a maintenance team leader at Dofasco in Hamilton Ontario. We currently have a heat exchanger we are using to cool our dimineralized water from our zinc pot heat inductors using cooling tower water. I was hoping to get some technical informations from you on the heat exchanger model M10B-FM-105, design pressure 100PSI, max. working temp 230 F., stainless steel plates, flow style parallet. What would the range of pressure differential be from inlet to outlet through the heat exchanger before we have to look at flushing it? The demineralized water has 77 PSI going in and 69 PSI coming out for a 8 PSI pressure differential (is this normal). Right now these heat exchanger fins are covered with a sheet metal cover to keep the dirt out. Should this cover be removed to have better heat disapation? What is the recommended cooling tower water temperature or range we should be trying to maintain for proper heat exchange. Any information you can give me would greatly help us out since we seem to have overheating issues in the summer. Thanks! Sincerly, Carl Mcdougall, Dofasco Hamilton, 905-548-4943. I am hoping you can help me with a problem with our heat exchanger with any **** Hidden Message ***** Carl McDougall Box2460 Hamilton, ON L3M 5H4 CAN Company: Dofasco Title: Maintenance Leader Phone: 905-548-4943 E-mail: carl_mcdougall@dofasco.ca **** Hidden Message ***** carl_mcdougall@dofasco.ca
