Inquiry (采购产品): Precision Muffle Furnace We intend to purchase a rectangular or square shaped muffle furnace with 30 cm x 30 cm x 15cm height minimum plane flat working chamber area for the purpose of heat treatment of solid powder samples. The muffle furnace should have excellent insulation to prevent heat loss. It should have a Electronic based PID type Programmable temperature controller (Yokogawa Japan Make or equivalent suggested) with Ramp Soak sequences. Built-in Protection / Safety devices also required. Temperature control should be within 2-3°C or less of set point. High degree of temperature uniformity is required, temperature variation within 5°C over the entire volume of the muffle furnace chamber at 550°C. Temperature range ambient up to 1200°C max.
