Manufacturer looking for supplier

Inquiry (采购产品): Manufacturer looking for supplier Dear Sir or Madam: We are designing a small lift composed of three telescoping sections with square tube dimension of 8, 6, 4 inches, which will be constructed of steel tubing. We are looking for a source of coiled / retractable power and data cabling. The compact or retracted unit is 14 feet, extended is 34 feet (including bolt on accessories). The extended length of wire we would need is about 34 feet. The wire would need to run inside the steel tubing. Our needs would seem to indicate the use of two coiled cords, one inside the other. The first is power. We seem to need a minimum (7 conductor 14 guage stranded wire). The maximum coil diameter of cable is 3.5 inches. The second need is for data up the pole. We need RJ45 connections up the pole. We would prefer two rj-45 connections up the pole but don’t see an option that would allow that. This coil/retract cable could run inside the larger? Power cable. We would also like to know whether you have an option that would include coax for antenna connection that would be in addition or added onto the rj-45 connection cable. I would like to know your recommendation for these wiring needs, which will be economical, and sturdy. Other factors: outdoor, extreme temperatures consistent with continental US, use rate is 30 x (full extension cycles) per year. I need to know your recommended strategy for dealing with these requirements. More detail on functional specs: 600volt, 10 amp will work fine. Some flexibility here. Not sure what jacketing material. Subject to -50F to 150F. not directly exposed to elements (would be inside a steel tube sitting outside. Could potentially do shorter coiled section with long leads. i.e. long leads with coiled/retractile section that would extend 22 feet. Construction of tower is square steel tubing. 3 tubes. 8” tube. 6” & 4” tubes. 4” nests inside the 6” which nests inside the 8”. So, the retracted length is 12’ of 8” tube plus about 1’ each of the 6” & 4” sticking out above the 8” tube. This totals 14’ in retracted mode plus enough additional lead to run out the bottom of the 8” tube and around and up into an electronics box mounted on the side of the 8” tube. (approximately 3 – 4 feet). We could go with a coil that would extend to 34’ or we could go with a coil that had long leads (say 6-7 feet on one end and then 12-14 feet on the other end of straight, uncoiled lead). This would leave approximately 22’ of “stretch” that the coiled section would have to provide. Just a suggestion. I would also be willing to look at any other options to provide power. At some point I will also need to supply data up the pole for future customization of the mast. (perhaps another coil that would be small enough to slip inside the i.d. of the first coil?). This is currently in prototype stage. We will build a prototype beginning in 2 weeks, and with successful completion, will begin to build 30 - 200 units per year, starting in June, 2006. Please provide pricing and delivery consistent with these numbers. I am willing to consider an off the shelf solution for the prototype, with a custom solution for the run quantities in order to meet the aggressive schedule for this program.
