Inquiry (采购产品): Custom Wedge Prizm Greetings, I am a research faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University, and also am involved in a startup company building aerial laser mapping systems. I am in the process of designing a new scanning system, and have a need for a wedge prism. I have not found a stock item anywhere which has a large enough aperture for the design. So, I am looking into having custom wedges fabricated. The diameter will be approximately 2", and the wedge angle will be approximately 20 degrees. The laser wavelength is 900nm, and we would want both sides to be AR coated. This is a prototype sensor design, so my quantity will the rather small, probably around 10 pieces initially. Is a small order like this something your company would consider doing? I am not far enough into the design to give you a precise drawing of the dimensions, but I would appreciate some idea from you of how involved/expensive such parts would be. I am eager to find an optical shop who I can work with on this and others of my projects.
