Die Corrector Jobs Inquiry (采购产品): Die Corrector Jobs To whom it may concern, I would like to express interest in your Job posting fordie correction at Precision Extrusions of Phoenix Az. I am currently residing in Fond Du Lac, Wi. I was Born in Michigan, but moved to Arizona when I was 5 years old, and resided in Phoenix until I was 12, where I then moved to Gilbert,Az. I then moved to wisconsin with my fatherat age 17, who took a job at Midstates Aluminum in Fond du lac Wisconsin, where I currently reside now. My father was V.P. of technical services and also was the one who designed dies for midstates for 20 years. I worked for Midstates for 11 years, of those11, for 8 years I ran Cheng hua 880 press,cheng hua 1800 ton.Most of the dies were 4" to 10" dia. dies. All types, hollow and solid.The last 3 years I worked for Midstats I was in die correction. Worked on all dies of all types and diameters. I left Midstates for a job in Michigan where I was hired to help train and run a Sutton 2200 ton, fully automated press.I also did some die repairs there , although was never designated die corretor. There I worked for 1 year and opted to move back to Wisconsin where my son lives. Michigan wasn't my kinda place I guess mostly.Although it is where I was born. My son is 18 now, and going into the airforce, my job is done here, and have always wanted to move back to what I call my true home, Arizona. It was by chance I ran across this add, and that I have seriously thought of getting back into die correction as it was one of the most rewarding jobs I ever had.I have extensive training through midstates, courses of all types that midstates has put me through, safety courses, Dale Carnegie course, of wich I earned the highest achievement award,SDPC courses (statisical data process control.) I was on cost saving commitees.Blueprint courses and the like. I dare to say in die correction, I am quite capable of the job, in only 3 years, I learned much. I have etensive background in all phases of aluminum extrusion processes, I had even ran the waste treatment faiciliies on said property for a time on 3rd shift until the position was filled with a certified technician.I was acting foreman on first shift when head foreman was absent.I have a wide knowledge of defects and acceptables in all forms of alloys and applications. As Midstates is a tight tolerance extrusion company, I also have inspection capabilities normally not given to workers on the floor.Was ISO certified. I was as involved in Midstates as I posibbly could be, and would love nothing more than to find a place of the same likeness.
