Inquiry (采购产品): Thermoplastic Car bodies I am interested in the possibly of modling an entire auto body in one operation. This vehicle would be an electric vehicle for the foreign EV market and domestic NEV market. I can supply a drawing of one proposed design, but we are also interested in 1932 Ford 5-window coupe and other bodies. We are particularly interested in the possibility of building a completely recyclable car using thermoplastics and aluminum. For stength and ease of assembly, it would be desirable to use a "clamshell" design mold into which we could place a prefabricated aluminum substructure, put in into the mold, and then case the thermoplastic over and around it.
