Inquiry (采购产品): Manufacture of item I am thinking about starting a small company to sell a particular item that I would need to have manufactured. What I am looking at possibly having made is an item shaped like a large letter "I". It will be two tubes one inside the other, allowing for it to be expanded out, with cross bars on each end. The center tube is about 13-3/4 inches long (about 1" diameter) and the outer tube is about 11-1/2 inches long (1-1/4 inches in diameter). The connected cross piece at the ends of the two tubes are about 8 inches long. The smaller inner tube would have either a 5/16" or 3/8" hole drilled through it every inch of it's length (except for the first hole near the cross piece which would be at the 2 inch mark) and the larger outer tube would have one hole drilled through it about "1" inch from the end of the tube opposite the cross piece on the larer tube. When done and put together, it would resemble a larger letter "I". If possible, I would also like to have a push button type adjustment (similar to that on a Master Lock dual function door security bar)to allow the two pieces to be adjusted in and out and locked in place. The item should be made of something lightweight like aircraft aluminum. It probably should also be painted. Is this something that you can do? Can something like this be made?
