Inquiry (采购产品): Looking for relief valves I am looking for relief valves for a property we have in CA. We have a problem with intermittent pressure increases. This would not normally be an issue, but each of our 30 buildings on this property is equipped with a separate fire sprinkler system. The fire sprinkler manifolds, at each building, are equipped with a check valve. Therefore, when the pressure spikes, the sprinkler system holds the increased pressure. There is no way to relieve it except to manually open a valve and drain down the sprinkler system. The only relief valves I have been able to find thus far crack at 140 psi. That is too high. The normal pressure to each building is 70 to 75 psi. This a residential property (apartments). Each sprinkler manifold has a spare 1/4-MPT port next to the pressure gauge (female). This port is after the check-valve. I think we can simply thread in a pressure relief valve at this point. This should relieve the pressure when it spikes. I am visualizing a relief valve similar to a PTR valve on a hot water tank, but only smaller, or at least with smaller threads. I need a re-seating pressure relief valve that cracks (opens) at 100-psi. It also must thread into 1/4-MPT, or if we need an adaptor to make it fit, that's fine. Please help, I have been looking everywhere for a relief valve that will work for this application. I know they are out there but I just cannot seem to find them.
